Electronic Communications

The visiting of OTI Store directly or through secondary links or sending e-mails to Output Technology, Inc acknowledges you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so you have consented to the exchange of agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications by electronic communications as sufficient. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Membership Account

When visiting OTI Store and registering an account with Output Technology, Inc you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for safeguarding access to your computer or any means into your account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Output Technology, Inc reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or alter account status, remove or edit content, and cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Output Technology, Inc are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Warranty shipment costs are paid by the buyer. Please note all equipment is sold ‘as is’, no returns - see warranty below.

Product Descriptions

Output Technology, Inc attempts to be as accurate as possible in the listing of our products, services, and shipping procedures relative to the type of product. However, we do not guarantee that our products are without error entirely or accurate to real-time standards and inventory levels. If a product offered by Output Technology, Inc itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us for an exchange dependent on the product at issue and the circumstances of any dispute.

Backorders

The number of available products on hand for Output Technology, Inc has been omitted from OTI Store listings and is reserved as the right of Output Technology Inc. to do so. Output Technology Inc chooses to not limit amount ordered at OTI Store checkout and grants that the possibility a purchaser may order in excess to that which we have readily available in stock. Our position is that if it occurs that an order cannot be filled in the timeframe given it will be our responsibility to contact the purchaser through a valid email address given at checkout to inform the purchaser of the difference in amount ordered and available. From this point it is the decision of the purchaser to do one of the following: (1) allow full transaction to be processed and (a) receive available amount of order as per usual shipment policy and upon our acquisition of additional resources receive the remainder with no additional shipping charges or (b) postpone shipment of order until it is available in its entirety; (2) split the order into two and allow transaction to be processed reflecting current inventory levels which ship after the order has been submitted and postpone payment of remaining amount until notification by Output Technology Inc of readily available product, whence the purchaser will place the second order at OTI Store for the remaining intended amount and the standard shipping charges; (3) cancel order and, if any transactions had been made, receive full refund.

Payment

Output Technology, Inc accepts payments through multiple processes. We accept payment via PayPal and Google Checkout, which both require user accounts accordingly to process the transaction. Using PayPal Pro, we also accept credit cards from American Express, MasterCard, and Visa directly through OTI Store at the checkout screen which does not require an affiliated account.

Shipping and Packaging

We do not ship outside of the United States at OTI Store. If you are interesting in ordering from us and live outside of the USA please Contact Us. Same day shipping is possible if the order is received before 2:00 p.m. Central time (CST). Most parts are in stock but due to variations in order volumes, some parts may be back ordered. If that is the case you will be notified immediately upon receipt of your order.  Output Technology, Inc has two distinct shipping methods for equipment and parts available at OTI Store. The shipping of equipment is outlined in a more detailed manner on our shipping page. Briefly, if an item is too large to ship by traditional carrier means (via UPS, USPS, etc.) that alternative arrangements must be decided upon. Either an LTL carrier is set up by you the purchaser, an LTL carrier is set up by Output Technology, Inc. and billed to you separately from the order, or you the purchaser may pick up the item with a dock high truck only.  Standard shipping for parts is via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. OTI Store offers the following UPS services: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM, and 2nd Day Air AM.

Warranty

The warranty policy at Output Technology, Inc divides its inventory into two categories: (1) (a) equipment, meaning machines built and designed to do a task reliably and repetitively, standing individually in functionality and purpose, with a defined role whether or not as a part of a collective system and (b) non-consumable parts, meaning moving or stationary items within or attached to equipment that is generally not expected to need replacing; and (2) consumable parts, meaning moving or stationary item within or attached to equipment that is generally expected to need regular replacement as item ages and/or wears. Equipment is warranted to be in good working condition when received, and warranted for its non-consumable parts for 60 days from shipment. Equipment is rebuilt and fully tested prior to shipment. Damages caused in shipping are between the purchaser and their carrier. If equipment is not working upon receipt, and was not damaged in shipment, the equipment or non-consumable part may be returned at the shipping cost of the purchaser to Output Technology Inc. where we will replace or repair at our discretion, retest, and return. Prior to returning any part or equipment, please call to receive and RMA number. All consumable parts are warranted prior to use. If there is an issue with a consumable part the purchaser will need to contact Output Technology, Inc in order to designate the return policy, we will replace at our discretion. All credits and refunds are implemented after the return of part.

Output Technology, Inc has high aims to assist you in your shopping experience in our store. We have attempted to create an easy to use process of selecting and purchasing a product from us while getting all the information prudent to making the right choice. If there is anything that Output Technology, Inc can do better or to further accompany you in this process we welcome any constructive criticism to improve our store and its products.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our shipping policy, and privacy policy, also posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to OTI Store. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, all policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions are to be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining condition.
