Shipping Policy

Same day shipping is possible if the order is received before 1:00PM C.S.T.

Output Technology, Inc. has two distinct shipping methods for equipment and parts available at OTI Store. For equipment that is too large to ship by traditional carrier means (via UPS, USPS, etc.) alternative arrangements must be made. 
(1) Equipment can be picked up at OTI’s location by a dock-truck. 
(2) An LTL carrier of purchaser's arrangement can pick up equipment.

Equipment shipping on a dock high truck can be palletized by OTI if requested by purchaser at no additional charge. If purchaser would like the equipment crated, equipment can be crated by purchaser’s LTL carrier, or crated by OTI for an additional agreed upon amount and charged to purchaser prior to pick-up.

Standard shipping for parts is via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. OTI Store offers the following UPS Services: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM, and 2nd Day Air AM.

FedEx shipping is available with an additional handling fee of $10.00 USD per shipment.

OTI Store will ship via DHL only with a customer-provided shipping number.  Select this option at checkout and email us at otistore@outputtechnology.com with the shipping number to process shipment.
