Unviersal 12-Station Collating System for paper type products.  Includes (12) Unviersal Friction Feeders with Batch Counting capabilities, 24' Flighted Infeed Conveyor, and Central System Collator Controller featuring; startup and shutdown sequencing, miss-product detection, trigger timing offset and more.
 
Can run .004 sheets to 1.0 inch thick books and products.  Can Run from 2 x 3 to 12 x 12 product sizes.  Runs most paper products, folded products, chipboard, envelopes, cards, books, saddle stitch, perfect bound, plastics, wrapped packages, boxed prodcts, corrugated, and more. 
 
Can easily interface and work with any flat belt infeed wrapper or finishing system.  Optional integrated paper/plastic/mylar banding module available. 
 
The system is modular which allows feeders to be easily removed and used elsewhere in your facility.
